By enquiring and using our dog walking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions below.

Dog walking services are provided at a rate of $50 for approximately 2 hours including pick up & drop off. For additional family dogs (same household), there is a discounted price of $40.

All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. We accept payments via cash or bank transfer.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule the walk. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. If Dooly & Friends needs to cancel a service, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

To ensure the health and safety of all pets and individuals, we require that all dogs have received their first set of required initial vaccinations before using our services and are in good health. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that shows signs of aggression, illness or poses a safety risk to our walkers or other dogs. Owners must provide all necessary information about their dog’s behaviour, medical conditions, and any special requirements. Walkers will take utmost precautions to ensure the safety of your dog during the walk.

Dooly & Friends are not liable for any injury or illnesses that occur to your dog during the walk unless due to our gross negligence. We are not liable for any damage or loss caused by your dog to property or third parties during the walk. Owners are responsible for providing suitable and secure collars.

Dog walks will proceed in most weather conditions. However, in extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms, extreme heat), we may reschedule or shorten the walk for the safety of the dog. If a walk is shortened due to weather conditions, we will adjust the fee accordingly.

Owners must provide access to their property at the agreed-upon times. If our walker is unable to access your property, the walk will be considered cancelled without a refund.

We collect personal information such as names, addresses, and contact details for the purpose of providing our services. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Dooly & Friends reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
